More than 200 experienced VKC inspectors criticized 1000 entries of breeding products and rewarded them with a 1st , 2nd or 3th prize in different categories. From the winners in the different categories, an overall winner cut flowers and pot plants is selected. This winner receives the Interpolis Quality Cup.

In the category ‘ Pot Plants with Leaves’ Koppe won the first prize with the Beleaf ‘ Morning Dew’, with a jury score of 9,7. Also the second and third place is taken by Koppe with the Beleaf ‘Inca Fire’ and Beleaf ‘Maori Haze’. In the category ‘Pot Plants with Flowers’ the Begonia ‘Rebecca’ scored a 9,6 and the ‘Borias’ a 9,55. These scores resulted in a first and second place in this category.

New2Market
This year VKC added a new category named ‘New2Market’. This category holds innovations that were introduced not longer than a year ago. In this ‘New2Market’ pot plants category, our novelty Sunny White of the ‘Sunny Side Up’ collection was rewarded a 9,46 which resulted in a second place. A new Anthurium of Stolk Brothers Scored 9,48 and took the first prize.
