Ingredients (for 2 portions)
- 1 tea bag
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 4 Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 ml beleaf Oat Drink
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
Preparation (approx. 15 minutes)
- Pour 300ml Boiling water over the tea and leave it to brew for 5 mins, then remove tea bag.
- Add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger and salt and leave to stand for another 5 minutes
- In the meantime, heat and froth up the Oat drink.
- Pour the spiced tea through a sieve into two cups, refine with maple syrup and pour over the frothed oat drink.
Top tip: If you don't have a milk frother at home, heat the Oat drink on the stovetop and pour in.
