Lime & Berries Chia Pudding

Make the night before for a quick and easy breakfast topped with beleaf yogurt.

Ingredients (for 2 portions)

  • 150 ml beleaf Oat Drink   
  • 5 tbsp Chia Seeds        
  • Lime  
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup     
  • 1 pot beleaf Berries Almond Yogurt 120g    
  • Berries of your choice

Preparation (approx. 5 minutes)

  1. Zest & juice your lime 
  2. Mix together the Oat drink, chia seeds, lime juice, zest and agave syrup and divide into two small bowls. 
  3. Cover & refrigerate overnight. 
  4. Serve with Beleaf yog and your favourite fresh berries.
