Ingredients (for 2 portions)
- 500 ml beleaf Almond Drink
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 2 cm Ginger, peeled
- ¼ tsp ground Nutmeg
- 2 pcs Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
Preparation (approx. 5 minutes)
- Peel and grate the ginger, and make sure you have removed the pip from the Medjool dates
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth
- Pass through a fine sieve and pour into 2 cups
Top tip: If you want something to warm you up this tastes great heated slightly in a pot after remnants have been removed by the sieve.
