Ginger Golden Milk

A healthy sweet drink that's packed full of goodness

Ingredients (for 2 portions)

  • 500 ml beleaf Almond Drink         
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder         
  • 2 cm Ginger, peeled             
  • ¼ tsp ground Nutmeg   
  • 2 pcs Medjool dates, pitted       
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon             
  • 1 pinch Black pepper             
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil             

Preparation (approx. 5 minutes)

  1. Peel and grate the ginger, and make sure you have removed the pip from the Medjool dates
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth 
  3. Pass through a fine sieve and pour into 2 cups 

Top tip: If you want something to warm you up this tastes great heated slightly in a pot after remnants have been removed by the sieve.
